PRESENTATION :

MER-SABLE-SOLEIL is a camping with 12 castels O'HARA 3 bedrooms, 5 castel O'HARA 2 bedrooms and 31 mobile-homes comfortably equiped. It is situated between the sea and the lake, only 50m of the mediterranean sandy beach. All rental objects are equipped with heating shower and WC, are at ground level, single and of high-quality. They are separated by natural hedges and provide for quiet and intimate holidays.

In the campsite you find, restaurant community hall, a game hall, a technical fitness-hall ( free access only for adults ), washing machine, ironing board, children's playground, table tennis plate, barbecues, television room , terminal internet and WIFI free !, (see " services ")

Close to the camping there is tennis courts, and different shops : tobacconist's general stores, restaurants, bars, beach Clubs. Differents sports may be practiced : swimming ( in the heated and covered public swimming-pool ), water-ski, riding ( ranch at 500m ) , water park, sand yacht, speed-sail ( the only runway in the Mediterranean &endash; 15 km ), mountain-bike ( please ask for the trips at the reception )
Windsurfing with CAT'S/C.V.C.L. : Surfing School, teaching courses, learning hours, rent materail, tests. Beginners and experienced surfers on new boards of the year !

MER-SABLE-SOLEIL is situated in the heart of the spots for sailing especially for the superspot which is the lake of LEUCATE, ideal for all performance steps, also for beginners, water start, jibe, evolution, sailing in the " BASTON " means sailing under completely sure conditions, for everybody ( shallow water ).
Of course, the sea offers more extreme sensations to experienced funboarders than the lake. ( see " spot " and " meteo " ).
